BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORT}{ PALM BEAC}I,
PLORIllA:
Section 1. That portion of the West One Quarter (W ;,) of the
Northwest Quarter (NW 4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE u) of Section 8,
Township 42 South, Range 43 East, Palm Beach County, Florida, is
hereby placed in Zoning District R1 Single-Family Dwelling Di.stri.ct,
and removed from 7,oning District C1 Neighborhood Commercial District.
Section 2, That the Village Clerk shall enter the change
i_u zoning set forth above on the Official Zoning Map promptly after
the amendment has been approved by the Village Council in accordance
with Section 45-17 (3) (a) of the Village of North Palm Beach Code,
and the Mayor and Village Clerk shall sign said change as set forth
therein. The change of the official Village 7,oning Map shall be
done by hatching or other appropriate means, including a redraft by
an l;ngineer so as to reflect the original map and the changes thereto
with al]. official notations thereon as determined in the opinion of
the Village Clerk.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
