BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILTAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PAiAi BEACH, FIARII]A:
Section 1. Pursuant to Florida Statute 163.200 and upon the recommendation
' of the Planning Commission that certain changes in the Comprehensive Plan be
made, the Village Council hereby amends the Comprehensive Plan of the Village
of North Palm Beach as follows:
a. That the seven acres of unplatted land at 721 Prosperity Farms
Road presently Domed by the First Presbyterian Church be shown on the Plan
as Mediwn Density Residential.
b. That approximately 15.06 acres of tmplatted land at 821 Prosperity
Farms Road presently awned by St. Clare's Church be shoran on the Plan as
Mediiun Density Residential.
c. That the following described property be shoran on the Plan as
High Density Residential:
That portion of the Northeast One-Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northeast
' One-Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 8, Township 42 South, Range 43 East,
Palm Beach County, Florida lying West of the Westerly right-of-way
line of the Intracoastal Waterway as shown on Page 10 of the Florida
Inland Navigation District's Right-of-Way Map recorded in Plat Book 17,
Public Records of Palm Beach Cowtty, Florida. And also lying West
of the Westerly Right-of-Way line of the North Palm Beach Waterway
as shown on the Plat of Golf Course Addition No. 2 to the Village
of North Palm Beach recorded iri Plat Book 28, Page 67, Public Records
of Palm Beach County, Florida.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect i~nediately upon passage.
