AN ORDINANCE OF THE VIId.AGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIIla., AMENDING
SECTION 3-4 OF THE Vrr.rar:E OF NORTH PAIM BEACH CODE, WHICH REGULATES THE SALE,
SERVICE AND CONSUMPTION OF INLnXICATING LIQUORS OR BEVERAGES, EXCEPT BEER, ALE
AND WINE, BY CHANGING THE HOURS DURING WHICH SAID LIQUORS OR BEVERAGES MAY BE
t SOLD, SERVED OR CONSUMED ON SUNf]AYS.
BE IT ORIY~INED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIIYi:
Section 1. Section 3-4 of the Village of North Palm Beach Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 3-4. Sales restricted; hours of sale. It shall be
un or any person to se serve or consune, or to
permit the sale, service or consuunption of any intoxicating
liquors or beverages, other than beer, ale and wine, in any
place holding a license fran the state, or in any public place
within the village, and it shall be unlawful for any person
to buy, sell or deliver, or to permit the purchase, sale or
delivery of any intoxicating liquors or beverages, except
beer, ale and wine, in sealed containers for consumption off
the pranises:
(1) Between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. of any
day, except January first of any year; or
(2) Between the hours of 3:00 a.m, and 10:00 a.m. on
Sundays; or
(3) Between the hours of 5:00 a.m, and 7:00 a.m. an
January first of each and every year."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage.
