a. NORTHLAKE BOULEVARD OVERLAY ZONING DISTRICT Discussion concerning extending the
compliance date for non-conforming landscaping and signs within the Northlake Boulevard Overlay
Zoning District (NBOZ) as an accommodation to the business community consistent with the
extension proposed by the City of Palm Beach Gardens.

b. APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL PERMIT FOR SIMILAR USE Discussion concerning application for
a Special Permit for a similar use by Future Dental Assistants of America to operate a limited
continuing educational facility at 537 U.S. Highway 1, Suite 1, subject to certain conditions and in
accordance with Village policies.
REMARKS
c. CAROLINDA DRIVE PROPERTY Discussion concerning Benjamin School request to purchase or
lease cone-half acre parcel of real property located on Carolinda Drive and owned by the Village.
