' DISCLOSURE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 119, FLORIDA STATUTES.
RE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEAC}{,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, is hereby
supplemented by declaring the following information and documents
relating to personnel files of the Village to be confidential and
thereby exempted from the public disclosure provisions of Chapter
119, Florida Statutes:
A. The home address and telephone number of employees.
B. The results of any pre-employment background in-
vestigation regarding past employment, financial
status, medical or psychiatric treatment or
regarding personal conduct not related to public
' employment.
C. Reports of internal personnel investigations and/
or disciplinary actions.
D. Information concerning any members of the employee's
family.
Section 2. Any of the information set forth in Section 1
above exempted from public disclosure may be released upon the written
consent of the employee.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
