AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING CHAPTER 45 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH CODE BY RE-
'I,ONING LOT 129, PALM BEACH-LAKE WORTH ESTATES, FROM ZONING DISTRICT
C-lA, LIMITED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, TO ZONING DISTRICT R-3, APARTMF,NT
' DWELLING DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BF,AC}I,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Lot 129, PALM BEACH-LAKE WORT}{ ESTATES, be
and the same is hereby removed from Zoning District C-lA, Limited
Commercial District, and placed in Zoning District R-3, Apartment
llwelling District.
Section 2. The "Official Zoning Map" of the Village of
Nort}~ Palm Beach as adopted by Section 45-17 of the Village of North
Palm Beach Code shall be amended in accordance with this Ordinance
and with said Section, and the Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby
' authorized and directed to reflect the changes upon the "Official
7,oning Map" by hatching or other appropriate means so as to reflect
the original zoning map and the change thereto occasioned by this
Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect imanediately
upon passage.
