ZONING DISTRICT R-3, APARTMENT DWELLING DISTRICT.
BE IT ORllAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BF.AC}I,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Lots 11, 12, 13 and 14, Block 37, VILLAGF, OF
NORTH PALM BEACH Plat No. 3, be and the same are hereby removed from
''/,oning District C-1 and placed in Zoning District R-3.
Section 2. The "Official Zoning Map" of the Village of
North Palm Beach as adopted by Section 45-17 of the Village of North
Palm Reach Code shall be amended in accordance with this Ordinance
and with said Section, and the Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to reflect the changes upon the "Official
' Zoning Map" by hatching or other appropriate means so as to reflect
t}ie original zoning map and the change thereto occasioned by this
Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
