AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
DF,SIGNATING T}{E PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE VILLAGE OF NORT}[ PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, AS THE GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY TO ACT AS THE "LOCAL
PLANNING AGENCY" IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 6, CHAPTER 75-257, LAWS
' OF FLORIDA.
BF. IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 9-76 is hereby repealed.
Section 2. Pursuant to Section 6, Chapter 75-257, Laws
of Florida, the Planning Commission of the Village of North Palm
}3each is hereby designated as the governmental entity to act as the
"Local Planning Agency" in accordance with said Statute.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
