Ordinance 1978-003 Rezoning Land North of Prosperity Harbour CondosORDINANCE N0. 3-78 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 45 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH CODE BY REZONING THE FINGER OF LAND IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF THE PARADISE HARBOUR CONDOMINIUMS FROM ZONING DISTRICT R-2 TO ZONING DISTRICT ' R-l; BY REZONING T}{E EAST SIDE OF U. S. #1 FROM THE EARMAN RIVER NORTH TO THE EXTENSION OF EBBTIDE DRIVE FROM ZONING DISTRICTS CA AND R-1 TO ZONING DISTRICT CB; AND BY DIRECTING THE VILLAGE. CLERK TO REFLECT SAID CHANGES UPON THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORT}i PALM REACH, FLORIDA: Section 1. The finger of land immediately North of Par- adise }{arbour Condominiums, as more particularly described on P.xhibit 1 attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof, be and the same is hereby removed from Zoning District R-2 and placed in Zoning District R-1. Section 2. The East side of U. S. #1 from the Farman River ' North to the extension of Ebbtide Drive, as more particularly des- cribed on Exhibit 2 attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof, be and the same is hereby removed from Zoning District CA and Zoning District R-1 and placed in Zoning District CB. Section 3. The "Official Zoning Map" of the Village of North Palm Beach as adopted by Section 45-17 of the Village of North Palm Beach Code shall be amended in accordance with this Ordinance and with said Section, and the Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to reflect the changes upon the "Official 7.oning Map" by hatching or other appropriate means so as to re- fleet the original zoning map and the change thereto occasioned by this Ordinance.
