ORDINANCE NO. 5-77
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE NORTH PALM BEACH BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1976-77
BY INCREASING THE ANTICIPATED REVENUE OF THE GENERAL FUND AND BY
APPROPRIATING MONEY FOR THE PURCHASE OF A NEW AWNING AT THE SENIOR
CITIZENS SHUFFLEBOARD COURTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 19-76, the budget ordinance
of the Village of North Palm Beach is hereby amended by increasing
the anticipated revenue of the General Fund by a sum equal to
$800.00 obtained from the Local Public Works Employment Act of
1976, Title II, Anti -recessionary funds, to -wit:
Revenue Account Public Works Employment
No. 332.20 Act of 1976 $800.00
Section 2. Ordinance No. 19-76, the budget ordinance of
the Village of North Palm Beach is hereby amended by increasing the
appropriations of the General Fund by a sum equal to $800.00, to -wit:
Account No. Recreation Building
32-404.00 and Improvements $800.00
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PLACED ON FIRST READING THIS 10 DAY OF MARCH, 1977.
PLACED ON SECOND, FINAL READING AND PASSED THIS 24 DAY OF MARCH, 1977.
