ORDINANCE NO. 3-77
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 45-36(F) OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH CODE
BY PROHIBITING HOME OCCUPATIONS TO BE CARRIED ON IN ANY DWELLING
STRUCTURE.
FLORIDA:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
Section 1. Section 4S-36(F) of the Village of North Palm Beach
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"F. No business, professional or otherwise, and no
home occupation shall be carried on in any dwelling
structure."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
PLACED ON I'IRST READING THIS 13 DAY OF JANUARY, 1977.
PLACED ON PUBLIC HEARING THIS 10 DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1977.
PLACED ON SECOND, FINAL READING AND PASSED THIS 24 DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1977.
