AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING CHAPTER 45 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH CODE BY REZONING
LOTS 11 THROUGH 14, BOTH INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 37, PLAT NO. 3 OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH FROM ZONING DISTRICT R-3 TO ZONING DISTRICT C-1.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Lots 11 through 14, both inclusive, Block 37, Plat
No. 3 of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida be, and the same are
hereby, removed from Zoning District R-3 and placed in Zoning District
C-1.
Section 2. The "Official Zoning Map" of the Village of North
Palm Beach, as adopted by Section 45-17 of the Village of North Palm
Beach Code, shall be amended in accordance with this Ordinance and with
said Section, and the Mayor and the Village Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to reflect the changes upon the "Official Zoning Map" by
hatching or other appropriate means so as to reflect the original zoning
map and the change thereto occasioned by this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
passage.

PLACED ON PUBLIC HEARING THIS 12 DAY OF DECEMBER, 1974.
PLACED ON SECOND, FINAL READING AND PASSED THIS 12 DAY OF DECEMBER,
1974.
