HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1973-018 Schedule of Building FeesORDINANCE N0. 18-73 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 6 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH CODE BY AMENDING THE SCHEDULE OF FEES ON ALL BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, OR ALTERATIONS REQUIRING A BUILDING PERMIT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1. Section 6-12 of the Village of North Palm Beach Code is hereby amended by amending Section 107.4 thereunder to read as follows: "Section 107.4 - Schedule of Permit Fees, Charges and Expenses on all buildings, structures or alterations requiring a building permit as set forth in Section 105, fee shall be paid as required at the time of filing application, in accordance with the following schedule: A. When the valuation of the proposed construction exceeds $5,000.00 and a plan is required to be submitted by Section 105.3, a plan -checking fee shall he paid to the Village at the time of submitting plans and speci- fications for checking. Said plan -checking fee shall be equal to twenty percent (20%) of the building permit fee as set forth in this section. - 2 - Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage.
