AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH CODE, BY
ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THE 1972-1973 EDITION OF THE NATIONAL ELECTRIC
CODE AS THE ELECTRIC CODE OF THE VILLAGE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 13-32 of the Village of North Palm
Beach Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 13-32. NATIONAL ELECTRIC CODE ADOPTED ---The
1972-1973 Edition of the National Electric Code
shall be part of this chapter by reference as if
the same were incorporated herein. Wherever there
shall be a conflict between the National Electric
Code and the provisions of this chapter, the
more stringent requirement shall apply."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage.
PLACED ON FIRST READING THIS 27 DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1973.
PLACED ON SECOND, FINAL READING AND PASSED THIS 25 DAY OF OCTOBER,
1973.
