AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH CODE BY SETTING
FORTH A REVISED ELECTRICAL CODE FOR THE VILLAGE; SETTING FORTH CERTI-
FICATION PROCEDURES FOR ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS; SETTING FORTH THE POWERS
AND DUTIES OF THE ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR; REGULATING THE ISSUANCE OF PERMITS
AND SETTING FORTH FEES THEREFOR; ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THE NATIONAL
ELECTRICAL CODE, WITH EXCEPTIONS THERETO; PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE
VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Chapter 13 of the Village of North Palm Beach Code
be, and the same is hereby, amended to read as set forth in Sections 1
through 35 of Exhibit A attached hereto and by reference made a part
hereof. For codification purposes, each of said section numbers shall
be prefixed by the number 13; for example, Section 1 when codified would
become Section 13-1.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances and Code
provisions or parts of Code provisions in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.

PLACED ON SECOND, FINAL READING AND PASSED THIS 23 DAY OF MARCH, 1972.
