AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING CHAPTER 6 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH CODE BY ADOPTING
AN APPEARANCE PLAN FOR THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to Section 6-31 of the Village of North
Palm Beach Code, the appearance plan attached hereto as Exhibit A
is hereby adopted as the Appearance Plan for the Village of North Palm
Beach and shall be codified as Section 6-40 of the Village of North
Palm Beach Code.
PLACED ON FIRST READING THIS 27 DAY OF JANUARY, 1972.
PLACED ON SECOND, FINAL READING AND PASSED THIS 10 DAY OF FEBRUARY,
1972.
