ORDINANCE NO. 2-72
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 6-39 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH CODE BY
DEFINING "EXTERNAL ARCHITECTURAL FEATURE" TO INCLUDE THE VIEW FROM
ADJOINING PREMISES.
FLORIDA:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
Section 1. Section 6-39(1) of the Village of North Palm
Beach Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 6-39. DEFINITIONS---(1) The term "external
architectural feature" is defined to mean the
architectural style and general arrangement of
such portion of a building or structure as is de-
signed to be open to view from a public street,
place or way, or from adjoining premises."
PLACED ON FIRST READING THIS 27 DAY OF JANUARY, 1972.
PLACED ON SECOND, FINAL READING AND PASSED THIS 10 DAY OF FEBRUARY,
1972 .
