ORDINANCE NO. 228-71
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH CODE BY PRO-
H1BITING THE DISTRIBUTION OF CERTAIN PRINTED MATERIAL CONTRARY TO THE
CONSENT OF THE OWNER OF PRIVATE PREMISES.
FLORIDA:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
Section 1. That Section 24-35 of the Village of North Palm
Beach Code is hereby amended by adding thereto Subparagraph
to read as follows:
(3)
"(3) No person shall distribute, deposit, place,
throw, scatter or cast any printed or written
matter, any sample or device, dodger, circular,
leaflet, pamphlet, newspaper, magazine, paper
booklet, or any other printed or otherwise repro-
duced original or copies of any matter or literature
upon any premises, if requested by the owner, or
someone authorized by the owner, not to do so."
PLACED ON FIRST READING THIS 11TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1971.
PLACED ON SECOND, FINAL READING AND PASSED THIS 25TH DAY OF MARCH,
1971.
