ORDINANCE NO. 12-71
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH CODE CONCERNING
ISSUANCE OF IDENTIFICATION CARDS TO CERTAIN PERSONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Section 31-13(2) of the Village of North
Palm Beach Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"31-13(2) If investigation shows that such person
has a criminal record, then such application for
an identification card shall be denied; provided,
however, that if the criminal record shows no
violations for a period of at least fifteen years,
then such application for an identification card
may be granted."
PLACED ON FIRST READING THIS 26 DAY OF AUGUST, 1971.
PLACED ON SECOND, FINAL READING AND PASSED THIS 9 DAY OF SEPTEMBER,
1971.
