AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING PORTIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 197-69, CONCERNING DETAILED APPROPRI-
ATIONS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1969-70.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Exhibit B of Section 4 of Ordinance No. 197-69
be, and the same is hereby, amended by reducing the appropriations
listed thereon by the amounts listed in Exhibit 1 entitled "Take From",
a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit 1 and by reference
made a part hereof.
Section 2. Exhibit B of Section 4 of Ordinance No. 197-69
be, and the same is hereby, amended by increasing the appropriations
listed thereon by the amounts listed in Exhibit 2 entitled "Add To",
a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit 2, and by reference
made a part hereof.
Section 3. Exhibit C of Section 6 of Ordinance No. 197-69
be, and the same is hereby, amended by reducing the appropriations listed
thereon by the amounts listed in Exhibit 3 entitled "Take From", a
copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit 3, and by reference
made a part hereof.
Section 4. Exhibit C of Section 6 of Ordinance No. 197-69
be, and the same is hereby, amended by increasing the appropriations
listed thereon by the amounts listed in Exhibit 4 entitled "Add To",
a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit 4 and by reference
made a part hereof.
