OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH
HELD WEDNESDAY, MARCH 10, 2004

Mayor Norris called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. All members of Council were present .
Village Manager Dennis Redmond and Village Clerk Kathleen Kelly were present.
PURPOSE OF THE MEETING
The Special Session was called to constitute the Village Council as the official General Election
Canvassing Board for the purpose of canvassing the vote of March 10, 2004, in accordance with
Section 10-11 of the Village Code.
Village Clerk Kathleen Kelly announced the election results as shown by the returns on file in the
Office of the Supervisor of Elections.
TOTAL COUNT OF BALLOTS CAST
The total count of ballots cast were as follows:
For Village Councilman, Group 1:
Ed Eissey 1,311
Ed "Skitch" Moore 642
For Village Councilman. Group 3:
Manny Grinn 802
Don Noel 1,116
For Village Councilman. Group 5:
Rob Rennebaum Unopposed
RESOLITTION 18-2004 ADOPTED - DECLARING ELECTION RESULTS

Minutes of Special Session
Held Wednesday, March 10, 2003
Vice Mayor O'Meilia moved that Resolution 18-2004 be read by title alone. Councilman Eissey
seconded the motion, and all present voted aye.
President Pro Tem Tringali moved that Resolution 18-2004 entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE
GENERAL ELECTION HELD ON MARCH 9, 2004
be adopted. Councilman Eissey seconded the motion, and all present voted aye.
OATHS OF OFFICE ADMINISTERED
Village Clerk Kathleen Kelly administered the Oaths of Office to re-elected Councilmen Ed Eissey
and Don Noel. The Oath of Office was administered to newly -elected Rob Rennebaum. Copies of
said oaths were attached to the official Minutes of Record.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
