OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
HELD THURSDAY, JUNE 24, 2004

Mayor Noel called the Public Hearing to order at 7:22 p.m. All members of Council were
present except Councilman Norris, who had a meeting conflict. All members of staff were
present.
PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING
The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear comments from the public concerning Bill 1137, a
proposed ordinance rezoning a parcel of land located at 9275 Alternate A1A, consisting of 3.06
acres of land, more or less, within the Village; from Palm Beach County zoning district CG/SE to
Village C-2 Commercial District.
COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
There were no comments from the public.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 7:23 p.m.
