OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA

ROLL CALL:
Mayor Noel called the Public Hearing to order at 7:20 p.m. All members of Council were
present except Councilman Norris, who had a meeting conflict. All members of staff were
present.
PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING
The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear comments from the public concerning Bill 1135, a
proposed ordinance adopting Amending 04-1 to the adopted Comprehensive Plan for the Village of
North Palm Beach, pursuant to the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land
Development Regulation Act; providing for revisions to the Future Land Use Map Series.
COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
There were no comments from the public.

With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 7:21 p.m.
