OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
HELD THURSDAY, JULY 8, 2004

Mayor Noel called the Public Hearing to order at 7:17 p.m. All members of Council were
present. All members of staff were present except Village Manager Dennis Redmond.
PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING
The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear comments from the public concerning Bill 1136, a
proposed ordinance amending various subsections of Section 45-34, Commercial District, of Art.
III, District Regulations, of Appendix C-Zoning of the Code of Ordinances; adding additional
permitted use of limited access self -storage facilities; providing conditions and operating
restrictions, and providing standards.
COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
There were no comments from the public.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 7:18 p.m.
