VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA

Mark Bates, Village Manager
Mayor Noel called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. All members of Council were
present, except Vice Mayor Eissey, who had a meeting conflict. Village Clerk Melissa
Teal was present.
The Village Council conducted interviews for positions on the Recreation Advisory
Board, Waterways Board, and Fiftieth Anniversary Committee. The following applicants
were present:
