RESOLUTION 2010-33
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
AUDIT COMMITTEE, GOLF ADVISORY BOARD, PLANNING COMMISSION,
AND WATERWAYS BOARD; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, in accordance with Chapter 2, Article I of the Village Code of Ordinances, the Village
Council may appoint residents of the Village as members of Village advisory boards to serve at the
pleasure ofthe Village Council, subject to the terms and conditions set forth therein; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council wishes to appoint Village residents to serve on the Village
Audit Committee, Golf Advisory Board, Planning Commission, and Waterways Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. The following persons are hereby appointed to the various Village Boards as
indicated herein:

Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a conformed copy of this resolution
to the members appointed above.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
