ORDINANCE NO. 179-68
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING PORTIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 164-67, CONCERNING DETAILED
APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1967-1968.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Exhibit B of Section 4 of Ordinance No.
164-67 be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
appropriations listed thereon to those listed in Exhibit 1 entitled

CV "Accounts From Which Funds Are To Be Transferred," a copy of

O which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit 1 and by reference made a

part hereof.
Section 2. Exhibit B of Section 4 of Ordinance No.
164-67 be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
appropriations listed thereon to those listed in Exhibit 2
entitled "Accounts To Which Funds Are To Be Transferred," a copy
of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit 2, and by reference
made a part hereof.
Section 3. Exhibit C of Section 6 of Ordinance No.
164-67 be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
appropriations listed thereon to those listed in Exhibit 3
entitled "Take From," a copy of which is attached hereto, marked
Exhibit 3, and by reference made a part hereof.
Section 4. Exhibit C of Section 6 of Ordinance No.
164-67 he, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
appropriations listed thereon to those listed in Exhibit 4
entitled "Add To," a copy of which is attached hereto, marked
Exhibit 4, and by reference made a part hereof.
