ORDINANCE NO. 176-68
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING PORTIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 164-67, CONCERNING DETAILED
APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1967-1968.
FLORIDA:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
Section 1. Exhibit A of Section 3 of Ordinance No. 164-67
is hereby amended by adding to the appropriations the sum of $14,000.00
from prior years surplus and by transferring the sum of $12,055.00
from Account No: 08-404 shown thereon and by transferring the sum of
$1,945.00 from Account No. 05-500 to Account No. 21-404 in the total sum
of $28,000.00.
Section 2. Exhibit 3 of Section 4 of Ordinance No. 164-67
he, and the same is hereby, amended by adding thereto expenditures
in the amount of $14,000.00 for golf course improvement at the North
Palm Beach Country Club and by adding thereto the sum of $14,000.00
for water distribution system for the North Palm Beach Country Club.

PLACED ON SECOND, FINAL READING AND PASSED THIS 14 DAY OF MAY, 1968.
