ROLL CALL
Mayor Eissey called the Workshop Session to order at 8:05 p.m. All members of Council were
present, except Councilman Hernacki, who was out of town. All members of staff were present.
T-MOBILE CELL TOWER SITE AT COMMUNITY CENTER
Discussion was held concerning a request from Castle Crown International, representing
T-Mobile, to increase its cell tower lease area at the Community Center by 640 square feet.
Castle Crown also proposed afive-foot wide by two hundred fifty foot long utility easement.
• Council consensus was to decline both requests. Mr. Knight will send a letter to Castle Crown
International regarding this matter.
NICKLAUS DESIGN LLC CONSULTING AGREEMENT
Brief discussion was held concerning the proposed Consulting Agreement between the Village
and Nicklaus Design LLC. Mr. Knight reported that Nicklaus Design is not looking to move
forward with this agreement. Therefore no action will be taken on this item.
VILLAGE ENGINEER CONTRACT
Discussion took place concerning the Continuing Contract with SFRN, Inc. for Professional
Engineering Services. Keith Jackson of SFRN was present to request an extension of the contract.
Brief discussion ensued on the proposal received from SFRN for analysis, design documents, bid
assistance, and construction administration associated with concrete restoration of the pool tower
and equipment room

With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 8:16 p.m.
