ORDINANCE NO. 157-67
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 91, WHICH CREATED A BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB,
BY CHANGING THE REQUIREMENTS FOR AUDITS AND REPORTS FROM EVERY THREE MONTHS TO
EVERY SIX MONTHS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 8 of Ordinance No. 91 of the Village of North Palm —
Beach be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the requirements stated therein
that financial statements, audits and reports shall be made by the Board of Governors
from time to time as may be requested by the Village Manager, but in no event less
than every three months, to require that financial statements, audits and reports
to be made by the Board of Governors be not less than every six months or as may
be requested more frequently by the Village Manager. Furthermore, any referral
in that section to a quarterly report shall henceforth be deemed to refer to a. semi-
annual audit.

PLACED ON SECOND, FINAL READING AND PASSED THIS 26 DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1967.
