ORDINANCE NO. 155-67
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 121-65, THE OFFENSES ORDINANCE, BY PERMITTING ALL GAMES OF CHANCE NOT
PROHIBITED BY THE STATUTES OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA TO BE PLAYED WITHIN THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 7(8)(c) of Ordinance No. 121-65 be, and the same is
hereby, amended to read as follows:
"c. Owner of premises. No person being the owner or person in
control of premises shall knowingly permit the use or occupancy
thereof for gambling or any game of chance prohibited by the
statutes of the State of Florida.."
PLACED ON FIRST READING THIS 22 DAY OF AUGUST, 1967.
PLACED ON SECOND, FINAL READING AND PASSED THIS 12 DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1967.
