a. CODE AMENDMENT — TEMPORARY STRUCTURES Discussion concerning amending Section
45-36, General Provisions, of Appendix C-Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances by adding a
subsection R, Temporary Structures, to permit and establish conditions for the erection of
temporary structures on private property.

b. LEVEL OF FIRE SERVICE STANDARD — AUTOMATIC AID Discussion concerning level of fire
service standard and possible automatic aid agreement between the Village and Palm Beach
Gardens Fire/Rescue.

c. COUNTRY CLUB BUSINESS PLAN DEVELOPMENT Discussion concerning development of a
business plan for the North Palm Beach Country Club.
