a. CODE AMENDMENT — AGENDA ORDER OF BUSINESS Discussion concerning amending
Section 2-26, Order of Business, of Division 2 of Article II of Chapter 2, Administration, of the
Village Code by changing the title of the section and providing that agenda items shall be
arranged and utilized in such order as the Mayor or Village Council may direct.
