ORDINANCE NO. 146-67
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 20, AS HERETOFORE AMENDED, THE SAME BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID
VILLAGE, BY RE -ZONING LOT 1, BLOCK 3, PLAT NO. 1 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH FROM
ZONING DISTRICT R-1 TO ZONING DISTRICT C-1A.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Lot 1, Block 3, Plat No. 1 of the Village of North Palm Beach is
hereby removed from Zoning District R-1, Single Family Dwelling District, and shall henceforth
be classified C-1A, Limited Commercial District.
Section 2 The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to reflect upon
the official zoning map, by hatching or other appropriate means of designation, the change
in zoning classification effected under this amending ordinance.
