ORDINANCE NO. 141-67
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 136-66,
AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE HOURLY RATE OF PAY FOR THE WATER MAN AT THE NORTH PALM BEACH
COUNTRY CLUB.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance 136-66, as amended, be, and the same is hereby further
amended as follows:
A. By changing the hourly rate of pay for the job classification of Water Man
from "$1.65 - First 26 weeks" to an hourly rate of pay ranging from $1.65 to a sum not to
exceed $1.75 for the first 26 weeks, and by changing the hourly rate of pay for the job
classification of Water Man from "$1.70 - Last 26 weeks" to an hourly rate of pay ranging
from $1.75 to a sum not to exceed $1.85 for the last 26 weeks.
PLACED ON FIRST READING THIS 10th DAY OF JANUARY, 1967.
PLACED ON SECOND, FINAL READING AND PASSAGE THIS 24th DAY OF JANUARY, 1967.
