Home My WebLink AboutOrd 1966-136 Sets Forth Job Classifications, etc.• ORDINANCE NO. 136-66 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH SETTING FORTH JOB CLASSIFICATIONS, RANGES FOR RATES OF PAY AND STANDARD WORK PERIODS FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, INCLUDING EMPLOYEES AT THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB, AND SETTING FORTH A BASIC SALARY SCHEDULE FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, INCLUDING THOSE EMPLOYED AT THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1. Job classifications for the employees of the Village of North Palm Beach, except for those persons employed by the North Palm Beach Country Club, together with a range for the rate of pay and the standard work periods pertaining to such job classifications are set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof. Section 2. Basic salary schedule, including range for the rate of pay for those job classifications set forth in Section 1 above are set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof. Section 3. Job classifications for the employees of the North Palm Beach Country Club, together with a range for the rate of pay and the standard work periods pertaining to such job classifications are set forth on Exhibit C attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof. Section G. Basic salary schedule, including range for the rate of pay for those job classifications set forth in Section 3 above are set forth on Exhibit D attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof. Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect on November 1, 1966, and all persons employed by the Village of North Palm Beach shall be in jobs as classified by this ordinance; shall have work periods as set forth in this ordinance; and shall be paid at rates and accord- ing to ranges set forth in this ordinance. Section 6. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. PLACED ON FIRST READING THIS 11TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1966.
