SOUTHERN STANDARD BUIT,T)ING CODE ADDENDUM OF 1965-1966, THE PLUMBING CODE

OF Tiih CITY OF TEST PALM BEACH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VJLLA.GE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
Section 1. Under the authority of Section 165.191, Florida Statutes,
the Village,of North Palm Beach hereby adopts by reference thereto, the
SOUTHERN STANDARD BUITDING CODE, together with the revision of the SOUTHERN
STANDARD BUILDING CODE Addendum of 1965-1966 recommendedby the Joint Coopera-
tive Council of Palm Beach County, Florida, as the building code for the
Village of North Palm Beach, with the following exception:;
Section 2101.11 of the Addendum shall be deleted and shall not be
adopted as part of the Southern Standard Building Code by the Village of
North Palm Beach.
Section 2. Under the authority of Section 165.191, Florida Statutes,
the Village of North Palm Beach hereby adopts by reference thereto,,Ordinance
893-65 of the CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH dated February 8 and 9, 1965 and amend-
ments thereto, as the plumbing code for the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 3. Under the authority of Section 165.191, Florida Statutes,
the Village of North Palm Beach hereby adopts by reference thereto, Ordinance
805-62 of the CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH dated May 28, 1962 and amendments
thereto, as the electrical code for the Village. of North Palm Beach.
Section 4. There has been for at least ten days last.past, and shall
be during the time that this Code is in effect in the Village of North Palm,
Beach, three copies of such Code and these Ordinances referred to above
kept available for public use, inspection, and examination.
Section 5. Any person, firm, corporation or agent who shall violate
a provision of this code or these ordinances, or fail to comply therewith, or
with any of the requirements thereof, or who shall. erect, construct, alter,
demolish or move any structure, or has erected, constructed, altered, repaired,
moved or demolished a building or structure in violation of a detailed state-
ment or drawing submitted and approved thereunder, shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor. Each such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense
for each and every day or portion thereof during Which any violation of any

of the provisions of this code or these ordinances is committed, or continued
and upon conviction of any such violation such person stall be punished
within the limits, and as provided by, State Laws.
Section 6. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
