ADOPTING BY R,++,RFNCE THE SOUTHERN STANDARD BUILDING CODE .AND REVISION OF
' SOUTHERI:S SmAnmARn BUILDING CODE ADDENDUM! OF 1965-1966, THE PLUMBING CODE
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH AND THE ELECTRICAL CODE ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH.
' BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
Section 1. Under the authority of Section 165.191, Florida Statutes,
tree Village of North Palm. Beach hereby adopts by reference thereto, the
• SOUTHERN SmAnmARn BUILDING CODE, together with the revision of the SOUTHERN __
STAnmARn BUILDING CODE Addendum of 1965-1966 recammended by the Joint Coopera- ---
five Council of Palm Beach County, Florida, as the building code for the
Village of North Palm Beach, with the following exception; --
Section 2101.11 of the Addendwn shall be deleted and shall not be
adopted as part of the Southern Standard Building Code by the Village of
North Palm Beach.
Section 2. Under .the authority of Section 165.191, Florida Statutes,
' the Village of North Palm. Beach hereby adopts by reference thereto, Ordinance -
893-65 of the CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH dated February 8 and 9, 1965 and amend-
ments thereto, as the plwnbing code for the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 3. Under the authority of Section 165.191, Florida Statutes, -_
the Village of North Palm Beach hereby adopts by reference thereto, Ordinance _
805-62 of the CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH dated M[ay 28, 1962 and amendments
thereto, as the electrical code for the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 4. There has been for at least ten days last past, and shall _
be during the time that this Cade is in effect in the Village of North Palm _-

Beach, three copies of such Code and these Ordinances referred to above- --
kept available for public use, inspection, and examination.
Section 5. Any person, firm, corporation or agent wino shall violate
' a provision of this code or these ordinances, or fail to comply therewith, or
with any of the requirements thereof, or who shall erect, construct, alter,
demolish or move any structure, or has erected, constructed, altered, repaired,
moved or demolished a building or structure in violation of a detailed state-
went or drawing submitted and approved thereunder, shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor

for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any -

' of the provisions of this code or these ordinances is committed, or continued
and upon conviction of any such violation such person sha11 be punished
within the limits, and as provided by, State Zaws.
Section 6. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
