ORDINANCE NO. 20, AS HERETOFORE AMENDED, THE SAME BEING THE CON Paliai iNSIVE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID VILLAGE, BY REMOVING CERTAIN _PROPERTY l'.K0M THE C-1 A
LIMITED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT AND RECLASSIFYING SAID PROPERTY AS R-3 APARTEENT
DVWELTITNG DISTRICT; BY DIRECTING THE VILLAGE CLERK TO BRING THE 0lili'IOIAL ZONING
MAP UP TO DA'I ; BY _PROVIDING FOR TEE REPEAL OF ORDINANCES IN. CONFLICT L H; t W1TH
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PAIN
BEACH, FLORIDA, that:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 20, as amended, be and the same is hereby
further amended as follows:
The following described property is hereby removed from the zoning
classification of 0-1; A Limited Cannercial District, to -wit:
Lots 196 through 208, inclusive, of PALM BEACH -LASE WORTH
ESTATES, in the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, filed
and recorded in plat book number 25 on pages 167 thru 169
inclusive in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for Palm Beach County, Florida,
Said land shall henceforth be classified R-3 Apartment Dwelling District.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
reflect upon the official zoning map by hatching or other appropriate means
of designation, the charges in zoning classification effected under this
amending ordinance.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and they are hereby repealed.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall take effect upon itspassage
and approval as provided by law.
