Ordinance 128 Amendment to Ord. #20 ORDINA1~dCE N0. 128 - 1966 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 20, AS HERETOFORE A~6IE~TDED, THE SAME BEING THE CO~~NSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID VILLAGE, BY REMOVING CE1~AIN PROPHRTY FROM THE C-1 A LIMITID COM-IQiRCTAT DISTRICT .AND RECLASSIFYING SAID PROFRRT'Y' AS R-3 APAR`~~1'T' DWELLING DISTRICT; BY DIRECTING THE VILLAGE CLE&K TO BRING THE OFFICTAT ZONING MAP UP TO DATE; BY PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. -~ BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, that: Section 1. Ordinance No. 20, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended as follows. The following described property is hereby removed from the zoning classification of C-1-A Limited Commercial District, to-wit: Lots 196 thrcugh 208, inclusive, of PRIM BEACg-LAKE NORTH EST9.TES, in the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, filed and recorded in plat book nwnber 25 on pages 167 thru 169 inclusive in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, n Said land shall henceforth be classified R-3 Apartment Do~elling District. Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to reflect upon the official zoning map by hatching or other appropriate means of designation, the changes in zoning classification effected antler this amending ordinance. Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and they are hereby repealed. Section 4. That this ordinance shall take effect upon its passage I-1 U and approval as provided by law. FIRST READING this 29th d.ay of March , 1966.
