I25- 1965 AN ORDINANCE OF TAE VILLAGE OF NORTH PATM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING Cllr ORDINANCE N0. 20 AS HERETOFORE AII~NDED, THE SAME BEING THE COPdFREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF TAE SAID VILLAGE, BY RE-LOVING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM THE R-1 SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT AND RECLASSIFYING SAID PROPERTY AS C-1 NEIGHBORHOOD COM-IEEtCIAL DISTRICT .AND BY SETTING FORTH A TIME PERIOD BEFORE A RENEWAL OF AN APPLICATION FOR REZONING CAN BE MADE AND BY DIRECTING THE VILLAGE CLERK TO BRING THE OFFICIAL, ZONING MAP UP TD DATE BY FROUIDING FOR THE REPEAT, OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HER_~TTH AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. ~ ~- ~ BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT: Section 1. Ordinance No. 20 as amended be, and the same is hereby further amended as follows: The following described property is hereby removed from the zoning 1 ~~ classification of R-1 Single Family T~oelling District, to-wit: Cnr~a~.~ing at a point located by measuring from the northwest corner of Goverrnnent Lot 7, Section 4, Township 42 South, Range 43 East; thence run east on the north line of said Government Lot 7 .to the point of intersection of the East R/W line of Fed- eral Highway (U.S. #1); thence in a southwesterly direction along the east line of said Federal Highway a distance of 400 feet to the point of beginning; ;hence continue southwesterly along said east line of said Federal Highway, a distance of 200 feet; thence run east parallel to the north line of said Government Lot 7 to the point of inter- section of the east line of said Government Lot 7; thence run north along said east line of said Government Lot 7 to a point where a line -r,~nn-i ng East and best through the point of beginning and parallel to the north line of said Government Lot 7 would intersect; thence west on a line parallel to the north line of said government Lot 7 to the point of beginning. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to reflect upon the official zoning map by hatching or other appropriate means of designation, the changes in zoning classification effected under this amending ordinance. • Ordinance No, 125 1965 Page No. 2 Section 3. Section 14 of Ordinance No. 20 as amended is hereby ---- further amended by adding at the end thereof the following: "~Nh.enever, in its wisdom after review, investigation, and hearing; any application for a change of district classification has been denied, an application for a like change cannot be reinstated for a period of at least _ ' one (1) year after said denial. -- Section 4. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. • FIRST READING the 26th day of October , 1965.
