a. ALTERNATIVE WATER SUPPLY FOR IRRIGATION Discussion concerning alternatives for
irrigation of the golf course, U.S. Highway 1 medians, and other public areas.

b. COMPREHENSIVE PAY PLAN AMENDMENT — LIBRARY POSITION RECLASSIFICATION
Discussion concerning amending the Comprehensive Pay Plan to delete current "Librarian I" position
and create "Library Assistant III" position.

c. GOLF SHOP FURNISHINGS Discussion concerning offer from Heritage Creations to provide
reclaimed golf shop fixtures for a total cost of $7,000.

d. HOUSE BILL 529 — "CONSUMER CHOICE ACT OF 2007" Discussion concerning opposing
H529, the "Consumer Choice Act of 2007" regarding cable television franchising.
