COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT – 1.79 ACRES Consider a motion to approve second reading of Bill 1228, a proposed ordinance adopting a small-scale amendment to the Village Comprehensive Plan to amend the future land use designation of a 1.79 acre parcel of land located on the northeast corner of the intersection of Alternate A1A and Richard Road. Consider a motion to enact Bill 1228 as Ordinance 2007-06. ACTION BILL 1229 – 2ND READING AND PUBLIC HEARING OF ORDINANCE – SMALL-SCALE 2. This agenda represents the tentative agenda for the scheduled meeting of the Village Council.
