a. REGULATION OF VILLAGE WATERWAYS Discussion concerning Village Attorney's report on
regulation of Village waterways.

b. ALTERNATE AIA AND CONGRESS AVENUE AREA ANNEXATION Discussion concerning
proposal of Land Research Management, Inc. to prepare an Annexation Study of the area located
west of the FEC Railroad right-of-way.

c. EARMAN RIVER WITHDRAWAL PERMIT Discussion concerning proposal from SFRN to perform
tasks necessary to renew the Earman River Withdrawal Permit; discussion concerning alternate
water supply method for golf course.

d. TENNIS COURT FACILITIES Discussion concerning alternatives to existing facilities at the North
Palm Beach Country Club tennis courts.
