1. BILL 1209 — 2ND READING OF ORDINANCE — EMERGENCY GENERATORS Consider
a motion to approve second reading and enactment of Bill 1209, a proposed ordinance
amending Appendix C, Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances by adding Section 45-6 entitled
"Emergency Generators — Required for Automotive Service Stations" to provide
requirements for permanent installation of emergency generators at new or reconstructed
service stations and installation of transfer switches within 2 years at all other service stations.
Consider a motion to enact Bill 1209 as Ordinance 2006-16.

2. BILL 1211 — 2ND READING OF ORDINANCE — GENERAL FUND BUDGET AMENDMENT
Consider a motion to approve second reading and enactment of Bill 1211, a proposed
ordinance amending the General Fund Budget for fiscal year 2005-2006 to transfer funds
from unrestricted unreserved fund balance for encumbrances expensed in the current year.
Consider a motion to enact Bill 1211 as Ordinance 2006-17.

3. BILL 1212 — 2ND READING OF ORDINANCE — COUNCIL COMPENSATION Consider a
motion to approve second reading and enactment of Bill 1212, a proposed ordinance
amending Section 2-16 of Article II, Council, of Chapter 2 of the Code of Ordinances by
increasing compensation of the Mayor and Village Council.
Consider a motion to enact Bill 1212 as Ordinance 2006-18.

4. BILL 1215 — 1ST READING OF ORDINANCE — COMMERCIAL USE PROPERTY WASTE
DISPOSAL FEES Consider a motion to approve first reading of Bill 1215, a proposed
ordinance amending Section 14-30 of the Village Code of Ordinances, "Commercial Use
Property Waste Disposal Fees and Collection Procedures" to increase the annual disposal
fees collected by the Village and correctly reference Palm Beach County Property Appraiser.

5. BILL 1216 — 1ST READING OF ORDINANCE — BUILDING PERMIT FEES Consider a
motion to approve first reading of Bill 1216, a proposed ordinance amending Section 108,
Fees, of the 2004 Edition of the FL Building Code as amended and adopted by Section 6-16
of the Village Code of Ordinances, to increase building permit fees.

1. RESOLUTION — VILLAGE VEHICLE AND TAKE HOME VEHICLE POLICY Consider a
motion to adopt a proposed resolution adopting and establishing the "Village Vehicle and
Take Home Vehicle Policy."

2. RESOLUTION — LEASE TERMINATION AGREEMENT Consider a motion to adopt a
proposed resolution terminating the Lease Agreement to Conduct Food and Beverage
Operations at the North Palm Beach Country Club between the Village and J.E.D.L., Inc.

3. RESOLUTION — LEASE AGREEMENT — FOOD AND BEVERAGE OPERATIONS Consider a
motion to adopt a proposed resolution authorizing Mayor and Village Clerk to enter into a Lease
Agreement to Conduct Food and Beverage Operations at the North Palm Beach Country Club
between the Village and Peas and Carrots Concessions, Inc.
ACTION
4. RESOLUTION — AGREEMENT FOR POOL FACILITY BATHROOM RENOVATION Consider
a motion to adopt a proposed resolution authorizing and directing Mayor and Village Clerk to
enter into an agreement for construction services with Tordale Contracting of Delray Beach,
Florida for renovation of bathrooms at the pool facility.

5. RESOLUTION — GRANT APPLICATION FOR POOL IMPROVEMENTS Consider a motion to
adopt a proposed resolution authorizing and directing Mayor and Village Clerk to take all steps
necessary to apply for and execute a Florida Recreation Assistance Program (FRDAP) grant for
improvements at the pool facility.

6. RESOLUTION — BID AWARD FOR LEASE OR PURCHASE OF GOLF CARTS Consider a
motion to adopt a proposed resolution awarding the bid for lease or purchase of golf carts to
Club Car Inc., Orlando, Florida, and authoring Mayor and Village Clerk to execute a contract.

7. INDEPENDENT AUDITING SERVICES — RANKING OF TOP THREE FIRMS Consider a
motion to establish a top three ranking of firms to provide independent auditing services to
the Village.

If a person decides to appeal any decision by the Village Council with respect to any matter considered at the Village Council
meeting, he will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the
proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
This agenda represents the tentative agenda for the scheduled meeting of the Village Council. Due to the nature of govermnental duties
and responsibilities, the Village Council reserves the right to make additions to, or deletions from, the items contained in this agenda.
