AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
-- BEACH, FLORIDA, REZONING A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED ON EAST SIDE OF U.S.
HIGHWAY NO. 1, IN THE 500 BLOCK, AND ADJACENT TO THE VILLAGE PUBLIC
SAFETY BUILDING, VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, CONSISTING OF 1.93 ACRES
OF LAND, MORE OR LESS, WITHIN THE VILLAGE AND MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED FROM CB, COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, TO R-2,
MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING
FOR THE REPEAL OF ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; AND, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, does hereby rezone a
parcel of land located on the east side of U.S. Highway No. 1, in the 500 block, and adjacent to the
Village Public Safety Building, Village of North Palm Beach, consisting of I.93 acres of land, more or
less, within the Village and more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached from CB, Commercial
District to R-2, Multi-Family Dwelling District.
Section 2. If any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase or word of this Ordinance is for any
reason held by a Court to be unconstitutional, inoperative or void, such holding shall not affect the
remainder of this Ordinance.
Section 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. The Village of North Palm Beach is adopting a comprehensive plan amendment that
includes the real property described in this ordinance. This ordinance shall take effect upon the said
comprehensive plan amendment taking effect.

RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
SAID LANDS ARE SITUATED IN THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, PALM
BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND CONTAIN 1.930 ACRES, MORE OR LESS.
