AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, MAKING IT
UNLAWFUL TO ERECT OR MAINTAIN, OR TO PERMIT THE ERECTION OR MAINTENANCE OF ANY
STRUCTURE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING 1. WALL, UPON, ACROSS, OVER OR. UNDER ANY PORTION.
OF ANY, PUBLICLYDDEDICATED UTILITY EASEMENT AREA IN THE VILLAGE; PROVIDING,
PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION HEREOF AND FOR THE DENIAL OF BUILDING PERMITS WHERE
SAME INVOLVES SUCH A VIOLATION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to erect or maintain,
or to permit the erection or maintenance of any structure of any kind, including
a wall, upon, across, over or under any portion of any publicly dedicated utility
easement area in the Village.
Section 2. Any person who is convicted of violation of this ordinance
shall be subject to the maximum fine or maximum improsonment authorized by the
Village Charter, or to both such fine and imprisonment.
Section 3. No building permits shall be granted in the narne of the
Village where the improvements described in such permit conflict with the
provisions of Section 1. above.
