2005-29 Adjusts Golf Play Rates & Reduces Resident Golf Card FeeORDINANCE 29-2005
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE 2005-2006 NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB BUDGET ADJUSTING
THE RATES FOR GOLF PLAY FROM DECEMBER 26, 2005 -DECEMBER 31, 2005; REDUCING
THE RESIDENT GOLF CARD FEE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council hereby approves the amendment to the 2005-06 North Palm Beach Country
Club budget to implement golf course green fee rates from December 26, 2005 to December 31, 2005
as follows:

Monday-Thurs 18 Holes $48.00 $21.00 $69.00
9 Holes $29.00 13.00 42.00
Fri-Sun/Holiday 18 Holes $58.00 21.00 79.00
9 Holes $35.00 13.00 48.00
Section 2. The Resident Golf Card fee is hereby reduced to $15.00 per year.
Section 3. The Village Manager is hereby authorized and directed to take all necessary and
appropriate actions to effect this change.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage.
