a. APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL PERMIT FOR SIMILAR USES Discussion concerning application
for Special Use Permit for a Similar Use by JOZ Produce to operate an Indoor Retail Produce
Market located at 9267 Prosperity Farms Road.
REMARKS
b. PROSPERITY FARMS ROAD CORRIDOR STUDY (NORTH SEGMENT) Discussion concerning
future land uses for those parcels of land located in the North Segment of the Prosperity Farms
Road corridor, identifying zoning changes as necessary and providing for amendments to the
Village's Comprehensive Plan as required.
