Eissey, Mayor Joseph A. Tringali, President Pro Tem Charles R. O'Meilia, Councilman David B. Norris, Councilman Doug Smith, Acting Village Manager George W. Baldwin, Village Attorney Kathleen F. Kelly, CMC, Village Clerk Don Noel, Vice Mayor Joseph A. Tringali, President Pro Tem Dennis W. Kelly, Village Manager Mayor Eissey called the Public Hearing to order at 7:00 p.m. All members of the Council were present except Vice Mayor Noel, who was out of town, and President Pro Tem Tringali. All members of staff were present except Village Manager Dennis Kelly, who was out of town. Acting Village Manager Doug Smith was present. PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear comments from the public on Bill 1065 (Ordinance 16-2002), a proposed ordinance annexing to the Village a compact, contiguous parcel of land located at 2389 and 2421 Monet Road and consisting of 2.1 acres of land, more or less; and redefining the boundary lines of the Village to include said property. COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC There were no comments from the public. ADJOURNMENT With no comments from the public to be heard, the meeting adjourned at 7:01 p.m. a Teen F. Kelly, CMC Village Clerk
