MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL SESSION
OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
HELD MONDAY, MAY 13, 2002

Mayor Eissey called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. All members of the Council were present
except Councilman Norris. All members of staff were present except Village Attorney George
13aldwin.
PURPOSE OF THE MEETING
The purpose of the Special Session was to take action regarding the Memorandum of
Understanding between the Village of North Palm Beach and the Palm Beach County Police
Benevolent Association (PBA), which amends Article 9 (Paid Bereavement Leave), Article 11
(Sick Leave), and Article 15 (Paid Vacations).
AMENDMENTS TO THE PBA COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT APPROVED
Vice Mayor Noel moved to approve the Memorandum of Understanding. President Pro Tem
Tringali seconded the motion, which passed 4-0.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 7:32 p.m.
