Mayor Eissey called the Public Hearing to order at 7:23 p.m. All members of the Council were
present. All members of staff were present.
1'URl'OSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING
The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear comment from the public on Bill 1064, a
proposed ordinance recreating Section 19-10; prohibiting use of barbecue grills and similar
cooking devices on balconies or porches of multi -family buildings.
COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
There were no comments from the public.
ADJOURNMENT
With no comments from the public to be heard, the meeting adjourned at 7:24 p.m.
